The answer to all your gifting needs. Our virtual gift cards may be redeemed online at quince.com. Cards and credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards can only be used in the same browsing country and currency they were bought in. Contact Quince Care team at care@uk.onequince.com to request replacement of a faulty card or for any other questions. Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable. Discount codes not available for the purchase of Gift Cards. Refunds for returns on purchases made using a Gift Card will be issued back onto the original Gift Card.
