The pieces use the same silky-soft eucalyptus-based fiber as our non-maternity Tencel line, with cuts designed to accommodate a growing bump through all trimesters and continue working postpartum.

Yes — most of our Tencel maternity styles are cut as forgiving silhouettes (wrap dresses, drawstring waists, slip styles) that accommodate the bump during pregnancy and the changing postpartum body. Many customers wear them well past 6 months postpartum. The fabric also makes nursing access discreet for several of the wrap and slip styles.

Take your usual pre-pregnancy size on the wrap and drawstring-waist styles — they accommodate growth without needing to size up. For more fitted maternity tops, size up one for late pregnancy. Specific sizing notes are on each product page. Some customers stay in pre-pregnancy size through 7-8 months in the most flexible styles.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip fabric softener. Iron on low if needed — Tencel resists wrinkles enough that ironing is rarely required.
