These Official Rules govern the #GiftWithQuince Giveaway (“Promotion”). The Promotion begins and ends on the dates and times specified in these Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Last Brand, Inc. dba Quince, 2012 16th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period:

The Promotion will begin on November 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and end on December 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Entrant must:

• Post a photo or video from their Quince Winter Village experience at the Winter Village in Toronto, Ontario, to their Instagram Feed or Instagram Reels during the Promotion Period.

• Tag and nominate a person they would like to gift, and share why they chose that person in up to three (3) sentences.

• Tag @onequince and include #GiftWithQuince in the post caption.

Instagram is the exclusive platform for this Promotion. Entries posted on TikTok or any other social platform will not be eligible. Instagram Stories do not count as an eligible entry.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Text and data rates may apply.

All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period to participate. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Entry must be made only by the entrant using the entry method described in these Official Rules. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

Prize:

Seven (7) winners and their nominated recipients will each receive a $70 CAD Quince gift card to shop on the app, with an estimated retail value (“ERV”) of $70 CAD each. One (1) of the seven (7) winners and their nominated recipient will each also receive a $1,000 CAD Quince gift card to shop on the app. The total estimated retail value (“ERV”) of all prizes is $2,980 CAD. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Each winner agrees to accept the prize(s) “as is” and acknowledges that the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize(s), including, without limitation, the prize’s quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or any express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by the supplier and included with the prize(s). Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize(s).

Winner Selection and Notification:

Sponsor will select seven (7) potential winners at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be selected on or around December 11, 2026 and notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Potential winners will be asked to provide valid contact information. If the Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner, or if a potential winner fails to respond within the time period specified in the DM, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner. If any prize remains unclaimed after the Sponsor’s reasonable attempts to award it, the prize will not be awarded. Prizes will be awarded approximately 2–3 weeks after winner validation.

General Conditions and Requirements:

By entering the Promotion, entrant agree to these Official Rules and consents to Sponsor contacting them regarding the Promotion. Entrant grants Sponsor permission to repost or share their Promotion entry on Sponsor-owned social channels, with appropriate credit, without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, inappropriate, or does not comply with these Official Rules.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  A purchase of any kind will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entering more than once is prohibited and does not increase entrant's chances of winning. If more than one (1) entry, per entrant, is submitted, Sponsor will only consider the first entry submitted. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Potential winner may be required to provide the correct answer to a mathematical question (unaided and within a reasonable time) as specified by Sponsor or its designee. Potential winner may be required to participate in the prize fulfillment process and sign documentation, such as a release to confirm winner’s acceptance of the prize offered. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize, if applicable. Winner may be required to provide additional documentation, including proof of identity, age, and residency. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time.

Disclaimer and Release:

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor, its affiliates, and Instagram will have no liability and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or relating to the entrant’s participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or experience with any prize.    

Privacy:

Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion, winner verification, winner notification, and prize fulfillment, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: #GiftWithQuince Giveaway Winners List, Last Brand, Inc., 2012 16th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
