Our premium-quality stainless steel cookware is crafted in Italy and engineered for great results in every kitchen.

GET TO KNOW YOUR 5-PLY STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE
Constructed with alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminum, fully clad 5-ply cookware is considered the gold standard in stainless steel cookware as it offers superior heat conductivity and even distribution due to the aluminum core.
The 18/10 stainless steel has a durable, satin-finish exterior that won't warp, while the nontoxic cooking surface is PFOA, BPA, lead and cadmium free. Its riveted handle has an ergonomic grip that stays cool to the touch, while its flared edges allow for drip-free pouring.
Designed for use in every kitchen, it’s compatible with all cooking surfaces, including induction stovetops, and oven safe to 500º F (450º F for nonstick).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend washing by hand to best preserve its quality.
Allow the pan to cool completely prior to washing.
To clean, soak the pan in warm soapy water, then wash with a sponge. Use a nylon brush to remove residue.
Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, scouring pads, oven cleaners, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the surface. Rinse well and dry immediately.
To remove stubborn stains, make a 1:1 white vinegar to water solution and bring to a boil.
To remove burnt residue, sprinkle with baking soda, add water, and bring to a boil. Use a wooden spoon to loosen the particles.
For tough spots, apply a non-abrasive cleanser with water and scrub using a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately.

best practices
Always preheat your pan to moderate heat before cooking.
Use caution when touching hot surfaces while cooking.
Do not store metal objects on top of the pan.
To sauté or sear, use oil or butter to prevent food from sticking. While the pan is heating, add enough oil to cover the surface.
Use high heat only when boiling. Wait to add salt until water is at a rolling boil to avoid surface pitting.
For nonstick pans: use less oil or butter when cooking on the nonstick surface. Do not use metal cooking utensils or other sharp objects on the cooking surface, as these will scratch the finish.
