I’m a once a week hair-washer with not short hair, but short fly aways. This stuff does exactly what I hoped. The amount is on the small end, so we’ll see how long it lasts. Price is good with the Quince credit.

I have fine, this hair and I love this product.  I cannot get enough of this paste - easy to use and build hold and the smell is DIVINE.  A pea size amount is enough to give my hair/bang the hold I’m seeking.  Would absolutely recommend! 

I recently got a short haircut and have found this product helpful styling my hair. It helps with greasiness on the second day but also helps keeping up volume.

This stuff is awesome! It clears up any oiliness while giving volume and control. The texture is much different than traditional dry shampoos, so be prepared for that; it’s more of a gritty cream than a powder.

It you’re looking for more textured day two (or three or four…. no judgement;) this will work wonders. 

This was expensive but very worth it, and based on how little I need to use to fix my bangs, it will last years. It helps me style my bangs and keep my hair feeling clean between washes without the weird residue feeling from dry shampoo sprays or powders! I have fine, straight hair for reference

The smell is elevated and subtle and adds just the right amount of texture. 

I recently had curtain bangs cut and every online influencer says this product is a must for bangs. I waited a long time to buy it because the price seemed too steep. Once I saw it here on quince with a $5 gift card I decided to go for it. I have very fine hair so my concern was that it would weigh it down or make it look greasy. But I am now a fan of this product because 1- it works so well keeping my bangs in curtain shape without making them look heavy or oily 2- this product will last forever, it is an almost solid paste and I use the tiniest bit daily, my guess is it will last at least 4 months possibly longer. My only complaint about r & co products is they can be heavily scented, this paste is scented but I use so little that it doesn't bother me. 

This is a great hair product.  I was skeptical and annoyed with myself spending so much on a hair product but after trying it the first time, my feelings have dramatically changed.  The product does everything I need it to for styling my bixie/layered bob and does not leave my hair or scalp feeling greasy at all.  Only a small amount is needed on relatively short hair so I expect my jar to last a while.  I won't hesitate to repurchase when I do run out.

I’ve wanted to try this for a while and was excited when I saw it offered here on quince. My hair is very fine and doesn’t get super greasy, but I saw people using this to help style bangs, which is what I really need. It provides a moderate amount of hold to help my bangs hold shape. It leaves my hair feeling a little stiff and gritty but that’s how most product feels in my hair. A very small amount goes a long way. 

I was hesitant at first because it seemed a bit pricey but there's a lot in the container and you really don't need much. Got this for my bangs and they give them great texture and hold

Cons: shows up in my dark brown hair if I put too much and it doesn't have all day hold.

Saw so many ads for this- its ok, gives some grit/texture at the roots, but didnt see the volume and lift i was hoping for!

Didn't really work for my hair type of straight, thin and a lot of hair. But probably user error

Loved the idea of this, but unfortunately it made my forehead break out.

it leaves hair feeling very dry and tough. Not sure what the right use for it is. I have tried using a few days after hair has been washed and the effect is still not ideal. It is pretty pricey for the amount i paid and how small yet useless it is
