Preorder allows you to purchase a product that will soon be in stock. This ensures you receive  the product as soon as it’s available, instead of being added to the waitlist. 

What does preorder mean?

For products that are available for preorder, you will see the Preorder button instead of the Add to Cart button on the detail page. You can begin by clicking on the Preorder button to add the item to your cart.

How do I preorder?

Preorders will take slightly longer to arrive than products that are in stock. Different products have different lead times. Each product detail page indicates the estimated shipping date, and you will see the estimated delivery date during checkout.

When will my preorder item arrive?

Similar to any other shipment, you will be notified via email when your preorder has shipped. You will also see a corresponding update on the Shipment Tracking page.

How will I know when my pre-order item has shipped?

You pay for the preorder item at the time it’s placed, just like any other purchase on Quince.
