ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Why are your prices so low?

We partner directly with the same factories that produce for the top luxury brands, then ship straight to you — skipping the wholesale and traditional retail markups that typically add 3–5× to the price along the way. Same materials, same craftsmanship, a fraction of the cost. It's not a sale or a discount — it's the price of skipping the middlemen.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every Quince product is designed in-house and made at audited partner factories — many of which manufacture for the world's most established luxury brands. We don't resell or source from third-party marketplaces. Each piece ships directly from the factory to you, with our quality guarantee behind it.

Where are your products made?

Around the world, at the same factories that produce for established luxury brands. We source Mongolian cashmere from Inner Mongolia, Italian leather from Tuscany, Mulberry silk from China, organic cotton from India, European linen from Belgium and Lithuania, and wool from Australia and New Zealand. Country of origin is listed on every product page.

Are facial rollers effective?

Facial rollers can help reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and assist with product absorption when used consistently. They work best when paired with a serum or facial oil.

What if a beauty tool doesn't work for me?

Yes. All beauty tools ship free with a 365-day return window.

How do I clean and maintain beauty tools so they stay hygienic and last longer?

Cleaning frequency by tool type: makeup brushes — wash weekly with a gentle brush cleanser or baby shampoo; rinse with cool water (hot water loosens the glue in the ferrule), reshape, and air dry bristle-down or flat; gua sha and facial rollers — wipe with a damp cloth after each use, clean with mild soap weekly; store in a dry place (not in a steamy bathroom); facial cleansing devices — rinse the brush head after every use, replace brush heads every 3 months; lash tools (curlers, spoolies) — wipe with a dry tissue after each use; replace rubber pads on lash curlers every 3–6 months. General rule: any tool that touches the face directly should be cleaned at least weekly to prevent bacterial buildup that causes breakouts. Replace porous or rubber components on a regular schedule regardless of how clean they appear.
