Question 1

How do you choose the third-party brands you carry?

Accepted Answer

Our mission is to bring you the highest quality products at the best value. That extends to every brand we feature on our marketplace. We carefully vet and select best-in-class brands that are leaders in their industry—brands known for their quality, craftsmanship, and performance. If it’s on our site, it’s a product we believe in.

Question 2

Are the third-party products authentic?

Yes, every product we sell is 100% authentic. Quince is a certified retail partner of all third-party brands on our site, which means you can shop with confidence knowing you're receiving genuine products directly from the brand.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Each third-party brand we work with has its own sourcing and production model. We choose partners who share our values around quality, transparency, and responsible production. Refer to individual product pages for origin details.

Question 4

Where is your company located?

Accepted Answer

Quince is headquartered in San Francisco. Our team works globally and our partner factories span Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Question 5

Do you have a store that I can visit?

Accepted Answer

Question 6

Do you offer free returns & exchanges?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept returns for 365 days from your order date. Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Returns are free for most items; a small set of categories (such as rugs and final-sale pieces) have specific return terms noted on the product page.
