Hand wash the brew baskets and carafe after use. Do not place the carafe in the dishwasher—it may damage the insulation and finish.
Regular descaling of the machine will also keep it working properly. Aiden automatically tracks water usage and will display a descale alert once about 150 liters have passed through the system. If your water is hard, Fellow recommends descaling more often (every 2–3 weeks). Occasionally, an “Add Water” message when the tank is full can also signal scale buildup. Running the descale cycle keeps your machine performing at its best.
