We also endeavor to minimize packaging and corporate overheads while not compromising on quality or customer experience.

Everything we sell is carefully curated from the best makers around the world. We partner only with factories that pay fair wages to their workers and produce goods in a sustainable manner. Many of our factories are also partners in local corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Stores are a large and costly endeavor which would ultimately impede that quest so, no. We do have a 365-day return policy so that you can experience our exceptional essentials for yourself with no worries about being stuck with something you don’t like.

Yes, rugs may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of the delivery date. Rugs are subject to a $35 restocking fee for storage and handling.
