The Sierra is expertly handcrafted in North America using premium materials sourced from around the world, on a frame of solid wood and ultra-durable kiln-dried engineered wood certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. The joinery is glued, corner-blocked, and fastened for superior stability, the seat cushions are supported by a steel sinuous-spring suspension and the back cushions by a webbed suspension system, and the seat cushions use long-lasting high-density foam — all backed by our lifetime frame guarantee.

The seat cushions are filled with a high-density foam and recycled-fiber blend that delivers the sink-in comfort of down without the daily fluffing, and the back cushions are recycled polyfiber. The cushions offer a medium-to-firm level of support — which feels supportive and lasts longer than a super-soft cushion made with low-density foam.

The Sierra offers the widest material choice — upholstered in your pick of genuine Italian leather, contract-grade performance velvet, performance basketweave, or performance boucle. The velvet, basketweave, and boucle are all Oeko-Tex certified and family-friendly, while the leather is genuine Italian, aniline-dyed, and develops a rich patina over time. Complimentary swatches are available so you can find the right material and color before you order.

Yes — sofas, sleeper sofas, accent chairs, and ottomans arrive fully assembled. Sectionals ship in 2 fully built pieces that your white glove team connects in your room. Because these pieces ship fully built, we recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering.

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use.
