The Hollis is expertly handcrafted in Mexico using premium materials sourced from around the world, on a frame of kiln-dried solid wood and engineered wood built for superior strength at stress points and long-term dimensional stability — resistant to warping, splitting, and joint loosening over time. The seat is supported by a durable sinuous-core suspension, the back by resilient interlaced webbing, and it rests on solid walnut block feet — all backed by our lifetime frame guarantee.

The seat cushions pair a high-density foam core with a down-alternative fiber blend that mimics the comfort of down without the daily fluffing, and the back cushions are recycled down-alternative. We recommend fluffing every 1-2 weeks to keep their shape, but the down-alternative fill requires noticeably less maintenance than a natural down-blend cushion. Zip-off cushion covers make cleaning easy.

The Hollis is upholstered in your choice of contract-grade performance velvet, performance basketweave, or performance chenille linen blend — all durable and suitable for high-traffic, family-friendly use. The velvet and basketweave are both Oeko-Tex certified, and the chenille linen blend is a Crypton fabric that's GREENGUARD certified. Each comes in a range of rich shades, and complimentary swatches are available so you can find the right color and feel before you order.

Yes — sofas and ottomans arrive fully assembled. Sectionals ship in 2-3 fully built pieces (depending on size) that your white glove team connects in your room. Because these pieces ship fully built, we recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering.

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use.
