Question 1

What styles and materials of end tables do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our end tables are crafted from premium, natural materials — solid woods like oak, ash, and walnut, genuine marble, and travertine — in a range of silhouettes, including pedestal, drum, plinth, and petite drink-table styles. Because stone and wood are natural materials, veining, grain, and tonal variation make every piece one of a kind.

Question 2

How are your end tables built to last?

Accepted Answer

Each end table is built for longevity from quality materials chosen to stay stable and sturdy over time — solid woods finished by hand, and solid marble and travertine sealed to help protect against everyday use.

Question 3

How do I care for my end table?

Accepted Answer

Wipe wood with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry promptly; for marble and travertine, blot spills quickly (especially acidic ones like wine or citrus), use coasters, and avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, since these natural stones are porous and can be sensitive. Keep natural materials out of prolonged direct sunlight to minimize fading.

Question 4

How is my end table delivered and assembled?

Accepted Answer

Your end table is delivered via free white glove service. It arrives fully assembled or requires only light assembly, which the delivery team completes in your room before removing all packaging.

Question 5

How will my furniture be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

Question 6

What is the white glove delivery process like?

Accepted Answer

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Question 7

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Question 8

How do I measure to make sure my furniture will fit?

Accepted Answer

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see our furniture measuring guide (https://www.quince.com/furniture-measuring-guide).

Question 9

What does the warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use. It does not cover commercial use, or damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear to fabric. See our warranty policy (https://www.quince.com/warranty?trafficSource=footer&qpid=_wb6q0l0c6) for full details.

Question 10

Why are your prices so low?

Accepted Answer

We partner directly with the makers who craft our furniture, cutting out the traditional markups so you get premium materials and construction at a fraction of conventional retail prices.
