Yes—Quince's lab-grown diamonds are certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute) with grading reports matching the standards used for mined diamonds: cut, color, clarity, and carat. The certificate is included with each lab-grown piece. Lab-grown diamonds are typically priced well below a chemically-identical mined-diamond equivalent, so it's worth noting that the chemistry, grading, and cut are all the same. The price difference reflects the lower production cost of a lab-grown diamond.

It's a good rule of thumb to opt for solid 14k or 18k gold for the pieces you'll wear every day, like wedding bands or everyday earrings—this way you'll never worry about the gold wearing off or tarnishing, and it'll hold its value. Gold-vermeil is a good option for occasional wear or rotation pieces—it looks identical at half the price, and with normal care, the gold layer keeps its finish for 2–3 years of regular wear.

Keep your jewelry looking its finest by taking it off before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotion/perfume. Water, chlorine, and skin products all accelerate wear and tarnish.
