Was looking everywhere for a coat just like this, found this one and it was and is perfect. Fits and looks great.

Beautiful coat, could not get the right fit so had to return.  Large was too tight in the shoulders, XL way to large overall.

Impressed by the quality and design of this coat. I bought it for my husband because we craved a more sophisticated version of the pea coat with the same warmth and coverage (as opposed to most topcoats designed to be warm over suits and requiring a scarf) — I looked high and low and this was the only coat that met my criteria, despite my very broad search across a vast price range. One of my first Quince purchases, I was wary of the price, deeming it too good to be true, but the quality of this coat is impeccable. It is uniquely stylish and a more “grown up”/elegant take on the pea coat without compromising the functionality of the latter. I highly recommend.

This coat fits well and looks smart with anything from jeans a tee to dress shirt and slacks.  It feels like it will last. 

That classic, timeless look

Very impressed with the quality and price. I wear an XL and this XL coat size fit perfect through my chest and shoulders. I'm 5'9" and the coat was a little long, about 2" past my knees, and about 1" longer than perfect sleeve length. The thick wool is fantastic. Made in China but sized correctly for western countries. This could be considered a long size if you had the choice of regular and long sizing. Very good deal.  

Good Bargain

It was a gift from my partner, we had been searching for a nice warm coat for me but couldn’t find one that fits snug. I have a small cadet.

Looks great on!

I was looking for a black wool coat forever and I love this one. Have been wearing it non-stop since I got it. It’s perfect for pulling an outfit together in the winter. It feels warm so far but haven’t worn it in the super cold yet - I think it will be fine. The medium has room to layer a biggish sweater. Also, it doesn’t have shoulder pads, which is a necessity for me. 

FINALLY found a wool coat I love

Heavyweight and great fit. Sleeves maybe half an inch shorter than ideal but not a big issue.

Great Coat

Purchased this for my son so he would have something professional looking on cold days headed into the law office.  Fit his slightly taller than 6 foot frame perfectly.  He has an athletic build and it fit in the shoulders without being too big elsewhere.

Heavy Material and Luxurious Feel

This was a Christmas present for my son-in-law. He said it is a wonderful coat -  the higher fit at the neck opening is great for warmth. There also great extra details on this coat like inside pockets, hidden button closures on the inside, as well as the fact that it is lined. I ordered an XL even though he nornally wears a L in shirts so he would have extra room when he has extra layers on — that was a good move. 

Son-in-Law Loves this Coat!

I don't usually do product reviews but am making an exception for this coat. It's fantastic: I'm still trying to wrap my head around the high standard of quality at such a reasonable price.

I'm 6'2" and 200 pounds. I prefer a close-fitting style, so I'm usually between Medium and Large. I ordered both sizes to try and kept the Medium, which is an absolutely perfect fit. That said, for someone of a similar body type, a Large would be a better fit for layering a sweater or something else underneath. Hope this helps.

A well made coat and smart-looking

Our son is very happy with this coat. It is far better lined than not, so we paid for a professional tailor to add the lining. It doubled the cost of the coat but may it much better.

Love this coat! 

I ordered this wool topcoat for a trip to Brussels, Germany, and New York this last December. Loved the coat and how warm it was! However, the thread on the lower right button got stretched out and I stopped using it for fear it was going to fall off. When I got back from the trip I reached out to Quince customer service. They asked me to send a pic of the coat and the damaged button, and then, once I did, they immediately sent me a replacement. Will highly recommend Quince to friends and family and will definitely continue to shop there!
