Question 1

What does a bed skirt do?

Accepted Answer

A bed skirt gives your bed a neat, finished look, falling from the box spring to the floor. It covers the bed frame legs and anything you store under the bed.

Question 2

What is the bed skirt made of?

Accepted Answer

Our bed skirt is made from European linen, which gives it a slightly textured, relaxed look that brings natural texture to your bed.

Question 3

What should I measure before ordering a bed skirt?

Accepted Answer

For the best fit, measure the drop length from the top of your box spring to the floor. That measurement matters most when choosing a bed skirt that falls just right.

Question 4

Can I bleach the bed skirt?

Accepted Answer

Only non-chlorine bleach is recommended for the bed skirt. Use it sparingly, and only when needed.

Question 5

Does the bed skirt need ironing?

Accepted Answer

Not much. Fluffing the bed skirt before drying helps release wrinkles, so it needs less ironing. For a crisper finish, you can use a warm iron.

Question 6

Does Quince sell other linen bedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You'll find more European linen pieces for your bed in our linen blankets collection.

Question 7

Does the linen bed skirt look formal or relaxed?

Accepted Answer

The European Linen Bed Skirt has a slightly textured, relaxed look, and it pairs easily with a duvet or bed cover in the same fabric family for a room built around one material. A tailored drop suits a more formal room, while the natural texture of linen softens the look even at a crisp, straight drop.

Question 8

What other bedding collections should I shop?

Accepted Answer

You can also shop sheets and sets, including linen sheets, cotton sheets, and bamboo sheets. For the rest of the bed, browse duvet covers and shams and linen blankets.
