Question 1

What comes in a bamboo duvet set?

Accepted Answer

A duvet cover plus matching shams — the count depends on size. Twin and full sets include one sham; queen, king, and California king sets include two. The duvet insert itself isn't included.

Question 2

How is a duvet set different from buying pieces separately?

Accepted Answer

Mostly price and color match. Bundling the cover and shams is fairly priced — you save versus buying each piece individually, and the colors are guaranteed to coordinate. If you want a different sham color than the cover, buy them separately instead.

Question 3

Will the duvet cover fit any insert?

Accepted Answer

It'll fit any standard duvet insert in the same size — most down, down-alternative, and wool inserts work. Check the listing for exact cover dimensions if your insert is unusual.

Question 4

Do I still need to buy sheets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the set covers the duvet and shams, not the sheet layer. Pair with our Bamboo Sheet Sets for a complete bed in the same fiber.

Question 5

How do I care for a bamboo duvet set?

Accepted Answer

Wash cover and shams together on cold gentle cycle, mild detergent, no fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Reassemble onto the duvet insert.

Question 6

Can I mix and match colors between the cover and shams?

Accepted Answer

For sets, no — they ship matched. To mix, buy a cover from Duvet Covers and shams from Sham Sets in different colors.

Question 7

What other categories should I shop with duvet sets collection?

Accepted Answer

Explore our Coverlets Bed Blankets, Duvet Cover Sets, Quilts and Comforters, Bedding Inserts Essentials, Flannel Duvet Covers, Sateen Sham Sets, Cotton Percale and Tencel Jersey collections.
