1. What is the return policy for engagement rings?

Engagement rings may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, provided the following requirements are met: All original packaging, including all tags or boxes must be included with the return, and any jewelry containing a natural or lab grown diamond 0.50ct or larger must be returned with its original certificate. Jewelry returns will be processed up to 7 business days after being received by the returns warehouse.

2. What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, as our pieces are sourced from expert manufacturers and made to last, and we certify it to be free from manufacturer’s defects. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, trauma such as yanking, discoloration or damage resulting from improper use or storage of your jewelry, or any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Quince. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact care@onequince.com.

3. Are the diamonds certified?

All center stones in our engagement rings are certified and are accompanied by a grading report. Natural diamonds are accompanied by a GIA report and lab grown diamonds are accompanied by IGI report.

4. Why are your prices so low?

We have reimagined the traditional direct-to-consumer model in order to minimize waste and cost. We source elevated essentials with low design costs, direct from makers and use no middlemen. We also endeavor to minimize packaging and corporate overheads while not compromising on quality or customer experience.

5. Where is your company located?

Our corporate headquarters is located in San Francisco, but our team and our makers are worldwide.

6. Do you have a store that I can visit?

Our business model was designed to minimize waste and overheads in order to bring you amazing quality products at an accessible price point. Stores are a large and costly endeavor which would ultimately impede that quest so, no.
