The cushion covers are made from Sunbrella® solution-dyed acrylic — a premium outdoor fabric prized for its fade and weather resistance. Inside, the seat cushions use open-cell reticulated quick-dry foam that lets water pass through instead of soaking in, wrapped in polyfiber for added comfort, while the back cushions are filled with polyfiber. Each seat cushion also has a mesh drainage panel on the underside for faster drying, and both seat and back covers zip off for easy cleaning.

Your lounge chair ships with a protective furniture cover at no extra cost — we recommend using it in inclement weather and whenever the chair isn't in use, and storing it indoors during fall and winter if you live in a climate with harsh seasonal weather. Wipe frames with mild soap and water and rinse woven materials as needed; the FSC-certified solid teak weathers to a silvery-grey patina naturally, or can be treated with a teak sealer to keep its golden tone.

Your lounge chair is delivered via free white glove service and arrives fully assembled — the delivery team brings it into your space, places it where you'd like, and removes all packaging.

How will my furniture be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

What is the white glove delivery process like?

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

How do I measure to make sure my furniture will fit?

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use.
