Question 1

What styles and materials of outdoor dining tables do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our outdoor dining tables come in powder-coated aluminum, FSC-certified solid teak, and concrete, in a range of shapes and sizes. Select concrete styles are suited for both indoor and outdoor use, and natural teak grain and concrete tonal variation give every piece one-of-a-kind character.

Question 2

How are your outdoor dining tables built to withstand the elements?

Accepted Answer

Each is built to last outdoors: rust-proof powder-coated aluminum, naturally weather-resistant FSC-certified solid teak, and durable, sealed concrete engineered to withstand the elements. Adjustable levelers on the base keep the table steady on uneven ground.

Question 3

How do I care for and store my outdoor dining table?

Accepted Answer

Your table ships with a protective furniture cover at no extra cost — we recommend using it in inclement weather and whenever the table isn't in use, and storing pieces indoors during fall and winter if you live in a climate with harsh seasonal weather. Wipe surfaces with mild soap and water; the FSC-certified solid teak weathers to a silvery-grey patina naturally, or can be treated with a teak sealer to keep its golden tone; concrete is heavy and best left in place, so seal it and keep it covered in freezing weather.

Question 4

How is my outdoor dining table delivered and assembled?

Accepted Answer

Your outdoor dining table is delivered via free white glove service. It arrives fully assembled or requires only light assembly, completed by the delivery team before all packaging is removed.

Question 5

How will my furniture be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

Question 6

What is the white glove delivery process like?

Accepted Answer

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Question 7

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Question 8

How do I measure to make sure my furniture will fit?

Accepted Answer

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through — the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see our furniture measuring guide (https://www.quince.com/furniture-measuring-guide).

Question 9

What does the warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use. It does not cover commercial use, or damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear to fabric. See our warranty policy (https://www.quince.com/warranty?trafficSource=footer&qpid=_wb6q0l0c6) for full details.

Question 10

Why are your prices so low?

Accepted Answer

We partner directly with the makers who craft our furniture, cutting out the traditional markups so you get premium materials and construction at a fraction of conventional retail prices.
