CARE
Aluminum Frame
- Dust your aluminum frame weekly with a clean, dry cloth to maintain the powder-coated finish.
- Brush off loose dirt with a soft-bristle brush or spray debris away with a hose. Dry with a soft cloth.
- Periodically clean the frame thoroughly with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth; rinse and dry completely.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals that may compromise the powder coating.
- Do not drag the chairs when moving; avoid hitting furniture together. Use coasters, trivets, and felt pads to prevent scratches and chips on the surface.
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent water spots and damage to the finish.
Cushions & Upholstery
- During heavy rain, winter months, and periods of inclement weather, remove cushions and store in a dry place to extend their lifespan.
- Do not allow wet cushions to sit on the frame for extended periods. If cushions get wet, unzip the mesh drainage panel on the bottom and tip them onto their sides with the zipper facing down to ensure all water drains and the foam can dry more quickly.
- Dust your cushions weekly with a soft-bristle brush to remove dirt. You can also vacuum occasionally using designated upholstery attachments.
- Periodically rotate your cushions to evenly distribute wear and ensure long-lasting comfort.
- For spot cleaning, use an absorbent, undyed cloth and a blotting motion, working from the outside toward the middle of the soiled area to prevent rings.
- Never use a hard-bristled brush on your cushions or scrub aggressively, as this could damage the fabric.
- For tough stains, spray the area lightly with a solution of mild dish soap or laundry detergent mixed with water. Agitate gently with a sponge or soft-bristle brush, then blot clean and rinse thoroughly with water. Allow to air dry.
- For mold or mildew, clean with a solution of one part bleach to ten parts water. Apply lightly with a spray bottle and agitate with a soft-bristle brush or sponge. Blot and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry.
- Always pre-test any cleaning solution on a hidden area of fabric to check for color loss or compatibility.
- Do not put cushions in the dryer or submerge in water.
Storage & Covers
- To preserve your dining chairs, store them indoors or cover them securely during extended periods of non-use, winter months, and inclement weather.
- Before covering and storing, ensure both the frame and cushions are thoroughly cleaned and completely dried.
- Outdoor furniture covers can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
- Periodically inspect all fasteners and hardware to ensure the frame remains secure and stable.

We stand behind the quality of our furniture and certify it to be free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original customer, under normal daily use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, neglect, tampering, or environment, or marks or stains resulting from normal wear and tear to the fabric. If you wish to return your furniture for any reason, Quince must receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns must be in like-new condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your order has shipped from one of our factories, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and detailed instructions on your upcoming delivery. You’ll also receive an email from our white glove carrier, Metropolitan, asking you to schedule a date and 4-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a phone call from our carrier when they are 30 minutes away from the delivery address. Once they arrive, they will bring your order into your home, place it in your location of choice, complete any necessary assembly, and remove all packaging. Please note that our white glove service includes only one delivery attempt. For each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value. We recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure that the item you’ve selected will fit through all doorways, hallways, and elevators.

We recommend noting the width, height, and diagonal depth of the furniture item you’re considering, including the height of the legs if applicable. Then mark the area of the floor where you’d like to place it using painter’s tape. Make sure that you still have enough space to navigate around the room once the tape is down. We also suggest measuring all doorways, hallways, and stairwells to ensure that the item will fit through them when being delivered. The diagonal depth of the item must be less than the width of the doorway or hallway. Make sure to also check elevator measurements if you live in a building with an elevator.
