Compression tights — close-fit construction with muscle support, designed for high-intensity training (running, lifting, CrossFit). The compression supports muscles and reduces fatigue during heavy exertion. Best worn alone or layered under shorts. Regular active pants and joggers — relaxed fit with stretch, designed for general training, casual-active wear, and warm-up-cool-down rotation. Choose compression for serious cardio; choose joggers for casual training and active-casual wear.

Most active pants run true to size at the waist with stretch through the body. Compression tights fit tighter for muscle support. Tapered joggers narrow toward the cuffed ankle, with elastic-and-drawstring waistband adjustment. Straight-leg performance pants run with a consistent width from knee to hem. Size up for a more relaxed athletic fit; size down for tighter compression.

Machine wash cool inside-out on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener — it coats moisture-wicking fibers and reduces performance over time. Hang dry or tumble dry low to preserve elastic and stretch recovery. Wash performance pieces separately from heavy items (denim, towels) to prevent abrasion. With proper care, the moisture-wicking and stretch hold across many wash cycles.
