A camp shirt has a notched, open collar designed to lie flat with the top button undone — a softer, resort-leaning silhouette. A regular short-sleeve linen shirt uses a standard pointed collar with a top button, more versatile for layering or tucking. Both use the same 100% European linen woven in Portugal; the fit and collar are the cut differences.

The 100% European linen short-sleeve and camp shirts breathe best — the open weave moves air across the skin even at 90°+. For an athletic cut, the organic cotton slub tee in a relaxed fit is the next pick. Avoid the Oxford and selvage shirts for the hottest days — they are cleaner fabrics built for the office or restaurants, not full sun.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Linen relaxes a little after the first wash — that is expected, not shrinkage. If you want a crisp finish, press while slightly damp; if you want a soft rumpled look, skip the press. Either reads intentional.

Slub yarn has uneven thickness woven in on purpose — it gives the tee a textured, lived-in surface and a slightly heavier hand than a flat-knit standard tee. Slub feels less synthetic, holds shape longer, and pairs more easily with linen or chinos. The standard tee is smoother and more athletic in look.
