Question 1

What's in Quince's baby shower gifts edit?

Accepted Answer

The baby shower gifts edit includes cashmere baby blankets, bamboo swaddle and layette sets, organic Turkish cotton bath bundles, crib sheets and quilts, and nursery equipment like a crib mattress, a bassinet, a play yard, and diaper pails.

Question 2

What's the safest choice when I don't know what to gift?

Accepted Answer

A blanket is the safest choice. It doesn't need a size, it's useful from the first week, and it's the piece most likely to be kept long after the clothes have been passed on.

Question 3

Which gifts will the parents not buy for themselves?

Accepted Answer

Parents rarely buy the cashmere themselves. Bath pieces, crib sheets, and a diaper pail get bought because they're necessity—a cashmere blanket is the kind of thing that usually arrives as a special gift.

Question 4

Does Quince make the nursery equipment?

Accepted Answer

No, the nursery equipment comes from other brands. The crib mattress is Naturepedic, the bassinet and play yard are Maxi-Cosi, and the diaper pails are Ubbi. The blankets, swaddles, bath pieces, and bedding are all Quince.

Question 5

What are Quince's cashmere blankets made of?

Accepted Answer

They're made of 100% Grade A mongolian cashmere and come in a cable knit, a pointelle, and a luxe knit.

Question 6

Where do I find gifts for a specific age or gender?

Accepted Answer
