Question 1

What maternity intimates does Quince offer for women?

Accepted Answer

The maternity intimates collection covers nursing bras (seamless, micromodal, crossover, low-impact sports styles for active nursing throughout the day), nursing bralettes (softer construction for sleeping, lounging, lighter postpartum support), maternity thongs (high-waisted, seamless), maternity briefs (high-waisted micromodal with full bump coverage), and multi-pack bundles in 2-pack, 3-pack, and 6-pack sizes. Primarily in micromodal with select seamless stretch-knit construction.

Question 2

What's the difference between a nursing bra and a nursing bralette?

Accepted Answer

A nursing bra provides more structured support — designed for active nursing throughout the day, with clips or crossover access and a fitted construction that holds shape. A nursing bralette is softer and less structured — better for sleeping, lounging, or lighter postpartum support when comfort takes clear priority over shaping. Both offer nursing access; the difference is the level of structure and support you need hour to hour.

Question 3

When during pregnancy should I switch to maternity underwear?

Accepted Answer

Most people make the switch around the second trimester — typically weeks 13-20 — when standard waistbands begin sitting uncomfortably. That said, the high-waisted maternity briefs and thongs work well from early pregnancy; the construction is simply more comfortable, not just maternity-specific. Earlier is often better: there's no reason to wait until standard styles become genuinely uncomfortable.

Question 4

How do I care for maternity intimates?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry — high-heat drying shortens the life of micromodal fibers and can affect the fit of structured nursing bras. Use a mesh laundry bag for the seamless and nursing-clip styles to protect closures from snagging. With gentle washing and air drying, micromodal holds softness and stretch across many washes.
