Yes. Our cashmere is Grade A—resilient, durable. Seams are reinforced (we design for real kids, not museum pieces). Main concern is snagging (teach gentle handling), not regular wear. For rough outdoor play, merino is more forgiving; for everyday wear and school, cashmere is fine.

Size up one. A 4-year-old in a 5-year-old sweater has an extra season of wear before passing to the next sibling. Our sizing guide accounts for growth—you'll see "generous sizing" notes where appropriate. The goal: maximum wear-through, then hand-me-down to the next child.

Strong. Poshmark and Mercari see demand for Quince kids cashmere because quality is obvious. A gently worn kids' cashmere sweater ($80-120 retail) resells for $30-50—you've paid the difference for the wear multiple children got from it.

Both. **Cashmere:** Softer, lighter, better for sensitivity or indoor/school wear. **Merino:** More durable outdoors, temperature-regulating, easier care (machine washable). For a winter wardrobe, have both. Merino for active play; cashmere for school and layering.
