Question 1

What's included in the flannel duvet cover set?

Accepted Answer

The set includes one Luxury Organic Flannel Duvet Cover plus a pair of matching pillow shams — sized to coordinate (Standard shams with Twin/Full duvets, Queen shams with Queen, King shams with King/Cal King). All three pieces are built from the same luxury organic European flannel for a coordinated top-of-bed look.

Question 2

Is the set cheaper than buying the pieces separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the set is bundled at a discount versus purchasing the duvet cover and the sham set independently. Pricing is listed on the product page. For customers building the bed in stages, the separate pieces remain available.

Question 3

What's the difference between pillow shams and pillowcases?

Accepted Answer

Pillow shams are decorative pillow covers — typically removed at sleep time and used to anchor the styled top layer of the bed. They have a structured front face and a wrapped or flap closure on the back. Pillowcases are functional sleeping covers — open on one end, used directly under your head overnight. Most styled beds use shams during the day and pillowcases for sleep, swapping them out at bedtime.

Question 4

Will the duvet cover in the set fit my existing comforter insert?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the duvet cover is sized to standard US duvet inserts in Twin/Twin XL, Full/Queen, and King/Cal King. It works with down, down-alternative, and synthetic-fill comforter inserts.

Question 5

How do I care for the set?

Accepted Answer

All three pieces are machine washable. Cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent — skip fabric softener (it coats the brushed nap and dulls the soft hand over time). Tumble dry low or hang to dry. The set softens with each wash.

Question 6

Does Quince offer free returns on the flannel duvet cover set?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept returns for 365 days from your order date.
