Theses are the best weights . Easy to wear throughout the day and during exercise. 

These are so comfortable and just the right weight. Easy to wear around during the day and to exercise with 

Great color and very comfortable to wear! 

Love the sea color. These are soft against my skin and comfortable to wear! 

I wear these everyday for my walks.  I rotate from arms to legs.   Easy to put on and eat too take off.   Good design because you can move the weights as your body needs.   Each bar moves so the comfort of wearing them remains.

Excellent quality just make sure you realize its is 1ln total not 1 lb for each block. 

Convenient weights for exercising. Only critique is that the Velcro sticks everywhere.

I’ve tried the cheap one and they get the job done but these weight are definitely the best. Super comfortable to have on

These weights are terrific for toning my legs and ankles!  As a bonus, they are pretty and comfortable to wear,  I already own the one pound size, which is better for arms, so it is great to have both options.

I have allergies and Bala is the safest brand for me. Very happy with my purchase, strong Velco keeps them in place. High quality silicone. Cute storage bag. 

Love my new ankle/ wrist weights.  Hand held weights are painful to use with the severe arthritis (multiple types) in my hands .  My feet suffer from the same issues, so anything that reduces my time on them is valuable to me.  I used to use them 50 years ago -they were ugly, bulky, and inconvenient to use.  These from Quince have a slim profile and are very comfortable.  I highly recommend them .
