1. What does preorder mean?

Preorder allows you to purchase a product that will soon be in stock. This ensures you receive the product as soon as it’s available, instead of being added to the waitlist.

2. How do I preorder?

For products that are available for preorder, you will see the Preorder button instead of the Add to Cart button on the detail page. You can begin by clicking on the Preorder button to add the item to your cart. The rest of the checkout process remains the same.

3. When will my preorder item arrive?

Preorders will take slightly longer to arrive than products that are in stock. Different products have different lead times. Each product detail page indicates the estimated shipping date, and you will see the estimated delivery date during checkout.

4. How will I know when my pre-order item has shipped?

Similar to any other shipment, you will be notified via email when your preorder has shipped. You will also see a corresponding update on the Shipment Tracking page.

5. When do I pay for my preorder item?

You pay for the preorder item at the time it’s placed, just like any other purchase on Quince.

6. Can I cancel a preorder?

Our standard cancellation policy applies to pre-orders as well. Once you place an order, you have a 15-minute window to make changes or cancel. If your order has already been processed, don’t worry—you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

Once you place a preorder, you have a 15-minute window to make changes or cancel.

8. Can I change my delivery address?

Our standard policy applies. Before placing your preorder, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart. Within 15 minutes of placing your preorder, please contact care@onequince.com and we will do our best to change it before your preorder ships. After this 15-minute window, we unfortunately can no longer change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
