Quince's active sweatshirt and sweatpant collection covers performance fleece sweatshirts (lighter weight than lounge fleece, with stretch for active movement), training joggers (elastic-and-drawstring cuffed ankle), full-zip and quarter-zip active sweatshirts (variable temperature regulation), and pullover hoodies in performance fleece. All in moisture-wicking knit construction designed for warm-up-cool-down and active-recovery wear.

Active sweatwear — performance knit construction with stretch and moisture-wicking, designed for warm-up-cool-down rotation and active-recovery wear. The fabric handles light sweat and movement. Lounge sweatwear (under loungewear or the sweatshirts-and-sweatpants tree) — softer brushed fleece designed for at-home comfort. The fabric is heavier and more absorbent. Choose active for training-adjacent wear; choose lounge for at-home and recovery comfort.

Active sweatwear — warm-up before training, cool-down after training, recovery days, casual-active travel where comfort matters but you're not in heavy exertion. Full training apparel (Run & Train, Flow lines) — during the actual workout where moisture-wicking, compression, and stretch performance matter most. Active sweatwear bridges between casual and training; full training apparel is for the workout itself.

Machine wash cool inside-out on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener — it coats moisture-wicking fibers and reduces performance over time. Hang dry or tumble dry low to preserve elastic and stretch recovery. Wash performance pieces separately from heavy items (denim, towels) to prevent abrasion. With proper care, the moisture-wicking and stretch hold across many wash cycles.
