WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY

What should I do before my delivery day?

Measure the pathway to your home, including hallways, doorways, elevators, and stairs, to ensure the delivery goes smoothly. If your building requires an elevator reservation, make sure to book it in advance.

How will I know when my delivery is scheduled?

Our white glove carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery and provide a convenient 4-hour time window. If the date initially provided to you is not convenient, you will be able to request an alternate date and time for delivery.

Will I get a heads-up before the delivery team arrives?

Yes. On delivery day, you’ll receive a call about 30 minutes before the team arrives.

What can I expect from the delivery team?

Our team will treat your home with care and wear booties or remove shoes if requested. They will assemble the furniture (if needed) and place your item exactly where you’d like it. Each delivery is allotted about 50 minutes, so there’s no rush. The white glove team is not authorized to move any non-Quince furniture items so be sure to clear anything ahead of time.

What should I do once my item is delivered?

Inspect your product carefully to make sure it meets your expectations. If you notice any issues, note them on the proof of delivery form.
