Cooking Instructions
- Preheat frying pan over low to medium heat for approximately 90 seconds before adding oil or butter.
- Always cook on low to medium heat. High heat may damage the ceramic nonstick coating over time.
- Use a small amount of oil or butter for optimal cooking performance.
- Use with only wood, silicone, or nylon utensils. Metal utensils can scratch or damage the ceramic surface.
- Avoid cooking highly acidic foods (such as lemon juice or vinegar), as prolonged exposure may affect the ceramic coating.
- Always handle hot pans with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dry kitchen towel.
- Not recommended for microwave use.
Cleaning Instructions
- Allow frying pan to cool completely before washing.
- Hand wash using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh cleaning tools.
- Do not place frying pan in the dishwasher, as dishwasher detergents may be too harsh and can damage the ceramic coating over time.
