      Disappointed…

      I don’t normally order rugs online, but took a chance with the Ceren Century rug after being overjoyed with another rug purchased on the Quince site. Boy, was I wrong about this second rug purchase. It cost $379 (8x10), but the quality is that of rugs priced around $129. It is has virtually NO pile or loom, almost like a colored pattern on cloth. AND, the colors are washout out and the whole rug just screams CHEAP. The worst part is there is no way rugs can be returned. They come tightly wound and wrapped in plastic that has to be cut off. I will see if Quince will allow me to simply fold the rug and ship on a box. I have purchased several items with Quince and have always been impressed with the quality of the products and fair pricing. I am not well off financially, a senior living on a fixed income, and this loss is very disappointing.

        Size not as advertised

        Size was 2’3” x 8’, not 2’6” x 7’. I don’t mind the length, except the rug pad we bought with it doesn’t fit now. The size needs to match what is advertised
