Beautiful Rug but Expect Defects
The shipping was really quick! However, the first time I ordered the rug, the side began to unweave in the first week despite being in a low traffic area. I returned and reordered because I love the overall look of the rug. The second one I received has another defect. The stitching color pattern has a line through the side and the same area has loose threads that are starting to unweave. Disappointing, but quince customer service is fantastic.
