CARE
Oak Frame:
- Wipe regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and spills.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, silicone-based polishes, or scrubbing pads.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the finish to fade over time.'
Cane Back:
- Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Avoid saturating the cane with water, which can cause the weave to loosen over time.
- Do not use harsh chemical cleaners.
Seat Upholstery:
- Most liquids can be blotted off the surface with a clean, dry cloth. For light to medium stains, blot up any excess liquid, then apply a solution of 1/4 tsp mild enzyme detergent per 1 cup of lukewarm water. Work gently from the outside of the stain inward, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry.
- For tougher stains, use an at-home hot water extraction cleaner or professional upholstery cleaning service. Specify no added solvents.
- Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris.
- Do not use bleach or solvent-based cleaners.
- To minimize fading, avoid placing in direct sunlight or close to sources of heat or moisture.
