Everything we sell is carefully curated from the best makers around the world. We partner only with factories that pay fair wages to their workers and produce goods in a sustainable manner. Many of our factories are also partners in local corporate social responsibility initiatives.

4. Where is your company located?

Our corporate headquarters is located in San Francisco, but our team and our makers are worldwide.

5. Do you have a store that I can visit?

Our business model was designed to minimize waste and overheads in order to bring you amazing quality products at an accessible price point. Stores are a large and costly endeavor which would ultimately impede that quest so, no. We do have a 365-day return policy so that you can experience our exceptional essentials for yourself with no worries about being stuck with something you don’t like.

6. Do you offer free returns & exchanges?

Yes, rugs may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of the delivery date. Rugs are subject to a $35 restocking fee for storage and handling.
