Organic Cotton Sweaters

Quince's men's organic cotton sweater collection covers crewneck and V-neck silhouettes in solid colors. All use GOTS-certified organic cotton — cotton grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers and certified through the entire processing chain. The knit construction is lightweight, designed for breathable wear in mild weather.

Cotton sweaters — spring and fall shoulder-season weather, mild temperatures (50-70°F), and shoppers who run warm. The breathable cotton runs cooler than wool or cashmere. Wool and cashmere sweaters — cold weather (below 50°F), layering warmth, and dressier or more formal styling. The cotton sweater bridges between the heavier knits and a tee — best for the in-between weather when you need coverage without warmth.

Organic cotton sweaters run true to size with a close-to-relaxed fit through the body. Sleeves end at the wrist with ribbed cuffs. The cotton has slight natural drape — the silhouette reads more casual than the structured drape of merino or cashmere. Size up for an oversized layered look; true to size for the intended cut.

Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low — avoid high heat, which shrinks cotton sweaters and loses shape faster than air drying. Wash dark colors with similar tones for the first few washes to set the dye. Avoid bleach. The organic cotton softens with each wash without losing structure. Store folded with cedar to deter moths.
