Undershirts & Lounge Tees

Undershirts are designed to layer invisibly under button-downs and dress shirts — lighter weight construction, close-to-body fit, neutral colors. They serve moisture management and modesty purposes, not visible styling. Lounge tees are designed for at-home wear and sleep — softer relaxed-fit construction, often in modal blends for silkier feel against skin. Both share soft-against-skin material focus but serve different use cases.

White and light gray undershirts disappear best under white and light-colored dress shirts. For darker dress shirts (navy, charcoal, black), darker undershirts match the layer color and stay invisible. Beige and skin-tone undershirts are sometimes preferred for the most invisible layering under thinner light shirts.

V-necks — best under unbuttoned button-downs (the V opens at the chest below the open shirt collar, staying invisible). Crewnecks — best under buttoned dress shirts and tee silhouettes (the crewneck stays below the dress shirt collar without showing). Tank undershirts — best for warm-weather layering under thin button-downs when sleeve coverage adds heat.

Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle. Wash whites separately to maintain brightness across many wash cycles. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach unless the white-only label specifically recommends it. Modal blend lounge tees hold their silky hand best with cool wash and air drying.
