Hand wash with warm water and mild soap — never in the dishwasher, which causes wood to crack and warp. Dry immediately with a soft cloth. Treat the wood every few months with Bee's Oil Wood Conditioner (sold here) or a similar food-safe wood conditioner to keep the grain hydrated and prevent staining. Avoid soaking and avoid extreme temperature changes.
