ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What’s the difference between white labeling and private labeling?

White labeling involves relabeling pre-made Quince products under your own brand. We handle everything, from the creation of the label to sewing it into your selected products. White labeling allows you to sell Quince products at a price that makes sense for your business. We offer White Labeling at a low minimum of 30 units per product.

Private labeling involves commissioning Quince to help you create a unique product from scratch for your exclusive brand. Private label products are often iterations of existing Quince products, and typically require a minimum in excess of 500 units.

What kinds of clients white label or private label products?

Our white label clients include boutiques, pro shops, bars and restaurants with onsite or online “merch” stores. We also private label products for enterprise-sized companies looking for customized uniforms or highly specialized gifts.

Do you offer both private label and white label programs?

Yes.

What types of products are available for white label?

Cotton, linen, cashmere, and silk apparel. Click "Get Started" to learn more.

How much does white labeling cost?

White labeling is complimentary and included in the prices you see online. Private labeling is evaluated on a case by case basis depending on the scope of the request and typically involves a one–time sourcing fee.

What's my margin?

Many partners use competitor pricing as a guide, reselling at 1.5–3× our retail prices. To see the MSRP of a product, look at the “Beyond Compare” section of any Quince product’s page to see what competitors are charging for the same product.

Do you handle packaging and labeling?

For white label clients, we create your labels in house. We also handle shipping and operations. For private label clients, we will create a proposal based on your needs.

Is there a design team to assist with customization?

From finalizing your white label to adding logo embroidery to your garments, our team of experts is ready to collaborate with you. We do not offer logo design services in house.

What are the lead times?

Lead times vary by product and customization. We’ll provide clear timelines before beginning your project.
