To ensure your chain will fit through the charm's bale (the loop that holds the charm), you'll need to check two measurements. Measure your chain's width, which is the distance across the chain when laid flat. This measurement should be less than 4.8mm to fit through the bale's length. Next, measure your chain's thickness, which is the depth of the individual links when viewed from the side. This measurement should be less than 2.6mm to fit through the bale. If both measurements are smaller than the bale dimensions, 4.8mm x 2.6mm, your chain will fit perfectly.
CARE
For a simple way to clean your diamond jewelry at home, soak it in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Use a clean, soft toothbrush to gently scrub away any remaining dirt, especially in hard to reach places like under the diamond or in the basket. Rinse soap off with water and pat dry.
