2. Why is cashmere typically so expensive?

4. How do I keep cashmere from pilling?

Pilling is normal — it's a natural byproduct of how cashmere fibers move against each other during wear. A few light strokes in the direction of the knit lift surface pills without damaging the fiber. With proper care, cashmere softens and improves over time.
