    Yes. Every Quince product is designed in-house and made at audited partner factories — many of which manufacture for the world's most established luxury brands. We don't resell or source from third-party marketplaces. Each piece ships directly from the factory to you, with our quality guarantee behind it.

    Where are your products made?

    Around the world, at the same factories that produce for established luxury brands. We source Mongolian cashmere from Inner Mongolia, Italian leather from Tuscany, Mulberry silk from China, organic cotton from India, European linen from Belgium and Lithuania, and wool from Australia and New Zealand. Country of origin is listed on every product page.

    Quince is headquartered in San Francisco. Our team works globally and our partner factories span Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

    Do you have a store that I can visit?

    Quince is online-only by design. Skipping physical stores and traditional retail tiers is part of what keeps prices factory-direct — we pass those savings on to you. You can browse the full assortment at quince.com.

    Do you offer free returns & exchanges?

    Yes, we accept returns for 365 days from your order date. Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Returns are free for most items; a small set of categories (such as rugs and final-sale pieces) have specific return terms noted on the product page.
