- Frame is constructed of kiln-dried hardwood sourced from responsibly managed forests
- Frame is precision cut and fastened with mortise and tenon and puzzle joinery for long-lasting durability
- Suspension system is crafted with durable sinuous spring construction
- Cushion has a high-density foam core encased in a 50/50 blend of feather, down, and recycled polyfiber
- Cushion fill is wrapped in a channeled down blend ticking jacket to prevent any leakage
- Ottoman does not have storage functionality
- Designed to pair with seat heights between 18-20" for optimal comfort
- Upholstered in our soft, textured contract-grade performance basketweave fabric. It's Oeko-Tex® certified, suitable for use in high-traffic areas and great for families
- This item will be delivered via our free white glove service, which includes placement in your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packing materials

- Returns accepted. If you wish to return for any reason, Quince must receive notice within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in like-new condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the order is placed are also subject to a 15% restocking fee
CARE
- Machine washable at 85℉ on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry and iron on medium.
- Can also be dry cleaned.
- Do not use bleach on this fabric.
- We recommend using a white or light-colored cloth when spot cleaning to prevent any color transfer.
- To minimize fading, avoid placing in direct sunlight or close to sources of heat or moisture.
- Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment.
- Cushion covers are removable, but we recommend contacting a professional upholstery cleaning service for overall cleaning of major spills and stains.
- Though we use contract-grade fabrics for maximum durability, all fabrics will pill slightly with normal friction and use. Use a fabric or sweater shaver periodically to remove pills. Pilling will decrease once loose fibers are removed.
- To maintain shape and comfort, we recommend fluffing cushions by hand every 1-2 weeks.
