Our suitcases have a lightweight, durable polycarbonate hard shell that's built to handle bumps in transit and time out in the elements. Like any polycarbonate luggage, the shell will pick up some scuffs and wear over time, especially if you check it. To clean it, wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth, warm water and a mild soap.

Our suitcases have a lightweight, durable polycarbonate hard shell. The Hybrid Carry-On pairs that shell with an aluminum frame. Most are lined with water-resistant 75D polyester pongee, and the Trunk Check-In has a waterproof polyester twill lining with a PU backing. Every suitcase comes with YKK zippers, high performance 360° spinner wheels, an aluminum telescopic trolley handle with a soft rubber grip, and a TSA-approved Travel Sentry® combination lock (the Hybrid Carry-On has two).

On most airlines, yes. Our carry-ons are designed to fit in most airlines' overhead bins, but size limits vary and change, so check your airline's current limit before you fly. Compare it with the exterior size on the product page, which includes the wheels. The Carry-On measures 23.1" H x 15.2" W x 9.8" D, the Small Carry-On is 22.24" x 14.05" x 9.17", and the Expandable Carry-On is 23.03" x 15.2" x 10.4" (11.5" deep when expanded). If you fly with tighter limits, the Compact Carry-On is our smallest at 16.7" x 14.6" x 9.05".

Start with how much you usually pack. Each product page lists how many outfits the suitcase holds. The Compact Carry-On fits 2–3 outfits, the Small Carry-On 5–7, the Carry-On 6–9 and the Expandable Carry-On 6–10. The Front Pocket Carry-On also holds 6–9 outfits and adds a front pocket with slip pockets for a laptop up to 16". The Hybrid Carry-On holds 6–9 outfits in a polycarbonate shell with an aluminum frame. If you like having room for things you pick up along the way, an expandable model gives you an extra inch of depth.

Every suitcase is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and craftsmanship, under routine use by the original owner. It covers cracks or breaks in the shell, wheels or handles that break off or stop working, and zippers that no longer open or close. Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents and scuffs isn't covered, including wear from airline handling.

We accept returns for 365 days from your order date, as long as the luggage is new, unused and in its original packaging. A suitcase that has been used for travel can't be returned, but you're welcome to pack it and roll it around at home first.

Every suitcase has a TSA-approved Travel Sentry® combination lock, so security officers can open, inspect and relock your bag without damaging it. It comes set to 0-0-0. To choose your own combination, use a pen tip to hold down the reset button below the number dials, scroll to the numbers you want, then slide the latch to the right and wait for the reset button to pop back up. Save your combination somewhere you'll find it, because once it's set, we can't look it up for you.

Each suitcase has an interior compression system to help you fit more, with a large interior pocket for extra storage (18" x 12.5" on the Carry-On), plus a removable laundry bag that keeps worn clothes away from clean ones. The lining helps protect your things from spills. Expandable models expand an additional 1" when you need more room, which takes the Expandable Carry-On from 48L to 57L.

Our suitcases roll on high performance 360° spinner wheels, which turn in any direction, so the bag glides upright beside you. The zippers are YKK, and the aluminum telescopic trolley handle has a soft rubber grip that's easy to hold.

The Compact Carry-On is our lightest at 5.7 lbs. Of our larger carry-ons, the Small Carry-On weighs 6.2 lbs, the Carry-On 6.7 lbs and the Expandable Carry-On 6.8 lbs. The Hybrid Carry-On, with its aluminum frame, is 9.2 lbs. A lighter suitcase leaves more of your weight allowance for what you pack, so check whether your airline has a carry-on weight limit.
